Abra uma imagem 500x400 transparente e pinte-a com o gradiente.
Selections/Select all. Layers/New raster a layer.
Copie o tube. Past into selection na imagem. Selections/Select None.
Layers/Merge/Merge visible. Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Glass como abaixo:

Copie o tube. Past as new layer na imagem. Image/Mirror
Diminua o tube em 90% e posicione-o á direita. Aplique drop shadow á gosto.
Acrescente uma nova layer e assine seu trabalho.
Layers/Merge/Merge all e salve como jpg.
